The Domaine du Bourgeais has been a family estate since 1993 run by Edith, Pierrick and Clément ALBERT. The 40 ha vineyard, situated to the south of Nantes, in the municipality of Vertou, is mainly planted with melon de Bourgougne on terroirs of orthogneiss and micaschist.
The estate has chosen to practice integrated farming, labelled HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), and from 2020 is going over to organic farming to best respect its environment, terroirs and wines.
